Roof Replacement Carlisle PA is a referral marketing website for homeowners in Carlisle, PA and the surrounding Cumberland County townships. This page sets out plainly how the site is paid and what it does and does not do.
The site is not a contractor and does no roofing work. It doesn't inspect roofs, write estimates, set prices, sign contracts or take part in insurance claims. When you send a request, it is passed to one independent local roofer, who handles everything from the first visit onward.
The roofing company pays this site a fee for every homeowner request it is sent. Homeowners never pay the site anything, and they never receive anything from it either: no gift, rebate, discount or payment of any kind.
You are under no obligation to hire the roofer who contacts you. The site doesn't name or rank roofers, and a referral is not an endorsement of any company's work.
Before signing with any roofer, look up its Pennsylvania Attorney General home improvement contractor registration, ask for proof of insurance and read the written contract. This disclosure is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
