When you send a request, the form asks for things like your name, email address, phone number, town and a short note about your roof. We use those details for one purpose: to pass your request to one independent local roofing contractor, who may then contact you about an estimate. Your details go to that one contractor and nowhere else.

To make that hand-off possible, your request is stored with the site's hosting provider. It is deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not sell personal data, rent it out or share it with marketing lists.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive data, such as Social Security numbers, bank or card details, insurance policy numbers or health information. Please don't type any of it into the form.

The site lists no phone number, so the form and the contact page are the only ways to reach it. Once your request reaches the roofing contractor, that company's own privacy practices apply to anything you share with it directly.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a request deleted before the 90 days are up, send a note through the contact page. We may update this policy from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
